Bea Grossman began her legal career in 1991 with a prominent Park Avenue law firm. It was there that she first became adept at navigating the complex world of New York real estate law, handling every aspect of residential real estate transactions, from the drafting of contracts for sale to the details of closing. For more than twenty years, Bea refined and developed her knowledge of real estate law while working at large, well-respected Manhattan law firms. Her work included acting as counsel to both sellers and purchasers in voluminous high-end real estate transactions.
Bea envisioned being able to offer clients the experience, skill and professionalism they would expect to find in a large firm, together with the personal attention and reasonable fees for which smaller firms are known. With this in mind, she chose to found her own firm, where she would be able to concentrate her practice on the work she favors most: real estate transactions and management.
In the years since founding Grossman Law, PLLC, Bea has developed an international clientele, in addition to a client base in the New York metropolitan area. She has acquired a reputation for great integrity and rigorous attention to detail in handling their real estate transactions. Bea enjoys researching her clients’ prospective real estate purchases and personally overseeing the details of each transaction.
Known for being meticulous in her review of the documents involved in real estate sales and purchases, Bea pays close attention to the wording of every document that crosses her desk. She takes very seriously the trust her clients repose in her, and works every day to continue to earn it.
